“Remote energetic exchange”
In the events where an outgoing attack is unavoidable the caused damage will be universally equivalent to the incoming damage in one way or another; much like the drunk will experience the withdrawal from the consumption and following effect of alcohol. Do not proceed in attacking unless aware of the fullness of the returning reaction. An attack would only be preferable in the case where you as the attacking part in the conflict possess a greater buffert of the immediate following effects of the conflict. Do never underestimate an enemy as their means of attack could dramatically differ from the means of attack which you yourself are utilizing. You might attack by means of biological, genetic or mechanical means when the primary field of practicing conflict occurs in the realm of information in the enemy which you are opposing. If you do not possess sufficient protection in the informational field it would be very unwise carrying out an attack; your attack must completely neutralize or nullify the enemy; or the means of attack of the enemy could pose equal if not greater than your previously estimated damage calculation in the outcome of the conflict. That being said, focus more on calculating the loss, learn to accept the loss as you are essentially always attacking yourself when attacking an enemy; more so if you are an unexperienced tactician and unaware of your own strategical thinking and from where it originates. Learn cataloging your enemies and their individual primary field of choice in the events of a conflict so that you yourself have a ready strategy with generously applied calculations of loss in your own department. It is the only way to master the decision making process in the face of an emerging conflict.
